Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please contact us if you have any issues with your order at https://drb101.com/.  If your products have material defects or issues with workmanship, we will take care of the problem.

If unfortunately, for any reason you are not satisfied with your products, please contact our customer service at service@drb101.com so that we can assist you in the return and refund of your order.

All goods must be returned to us unused, together with all original packaging (please note you have a duty to take reasonable care of returned goods and any refund may be withheld or a charge incurred if you fail to take such care and damage the goods). Please make sure that your return package is packed and sealed securely (in or with the original packaging if possible). Packages must be returned with the freight prepaid. We recommend the use of an insured parcel service, as we cannot accept liabilities (or offer refunds) for any packages that are lost or goods that are stolen or damaged.

We reserve the right to reject the return of products which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Procedure. We may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you. Our Returns Procedure does not affect your statutory rights.

In the case of returns, you will only be refunded the value of the goods ordered. Please note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Returning shipping costs are nonrefundable.

We will not refund the original delivery charge in the case of returns. We will only pay the return costs and subsequent re-delivery costs (if applicable) if the return is a result of our error or the goods are faulty. To refund return shipping costs, we will require you present a return shipping receipt showing the seller's address and the amount you paid for shipping.
